We offer you the following 3 options:

1. Call the NHS Out of Hours Emergency number
0845 120 6680 Mon-Fri 6-9pm; Sat/Sun/Bank holidays 8am-5pm

If appropriate, you will be offered an appointment at a clinic but please note, the service is extremely busy so you may have to wait for an answer.

2. Grendon Lodge Care Plan *patients call 07757 646707

To leave a message, include your name and telephone number. A dentist will contact you as soon as possible for advice or treatment.

If you are treated out of hours at Grendon Lodge, you only pay the £25 excess.

Practice Plan patients have worldwide emergency call out insurance. If you are treated at another practice the full bill should be paid by yourself and we will claim this back for you less the excess. In the UK you are covered up to £145 and abroad up to £345. These figures include the excess of £25.

Please keep all receipts to present to Grendon Lodge.

The call out and preliminary treatment will normally cost around £150. You may be seen by a Private dentist in either Nailsea, Clevedon, or Portishead. Payment will be expected on the day.
